Выявлены индикаторы присутствия мошеннических схем и предложена система противодействия страховому мошенничеству на микроэкономическом и макроэкономическом уровнях. Показана необходимость существования отделов претензий, страховых случаев и экономической безопасности в страховых компаниях, независимого страхового детективного агентства на украинском рынке страховых услуг. Дано економіко-правову оцінку страхового шахрайства. Виявлено індикатори присутності шахрайських схем і запропоновано систему протидії страховому шахрайству на мікроекономічному і макроекономічному рівнях. Показано необхідність існування відділів претензій, страхових випадків і економічної безпеки у страхових компаніях, незалежного страхового детективного агентства на українському ринку страхових послуг.
