ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ДИСЦИПЛІНАРНОГО ЗВІЛЬНЕННЯ ДЕРЖАВНИХ СЛУЖБОВЦІВ ЗА ВЧИНЕННЯ КОРУПЦІЙНИХ ПРАВОПОРУШЕНЬ
The article deals with a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the current anticorruption legislation which regulates attraction of civil servants to a disciplinary responsibility for making corruption offenses. The proposals are given to improve the current legislation in this field.
