В статье проанализированы основные элементы рынка труда - занятость и безработица. Установлено, что безработица является сложным экономическим, психологическим явлением, которое угрожает как человеку, так и обществу. Сделан вывод о том, что для ликвидации дисбаланса между спросом на рабочую силу и ёе предложением необходимо наладить работу центров занятости с работодателями и высшими учебными заведениями по изучению потребностей рынка труда. У статті проаналізовані основні елементи рийку праці - зайнятість та безробіття. Установлено, що безробіття є складним економічним, психологічним явищем, котре загрожує як людині, так і суспільству. Зроблено висновок, що для ліквідації дисбалансу між попитом на робочу силу та її пропозицією необхідно налагодити роботу центру зайнятості з роботодавцями і вищими навчальними закладами з вивчення потреб ринку праці.
