Раскрыто понятие, правовая природа, роль и значение личного неимущественного интереса как формы разрешительного поведения в гражданском праве. Отдельное внимание уделено определению форм разрешительного поведения, а также соотношению личного неимущественного интереса и субъективного личного неимущественного права. Проведен анализ мирового и отечественного опыта относительно легитимации понятия «охраняемого законом личного неимущественного интереса» и предложен собственный взгляд на систему юридических разрешений в сфере удовлетворения личных неимущественных потребностей. Розкрито поняття, правова природа, роль і значення особистого немайнового інтересу як форми дозвільної поведінки у цивільному праві. Окрему увагу приділено визначенню форм дозвільної поведінки, а також співвідношенню особистого немайнового інтересу та суб’єктивного особистого немайнового права. Проведено аналіз світового та вітчизняного досвіду щодо легітимації поняття «охоронюваного законом особистого немайнового інтересу» та запропоновано власне бачення системи юридичних дозволів у сфері задоволення особистих немайнових потреб.
