The main strategic directions of sustainableand inclusive development of the agri-food sphere has been determined in accordance with the strategy"Europe 2020": formation and development of clusters, smart specialization, innovative development,digitalization. It has been noted, that the achievement of sustainable inclusive development of the agri-foodsphere is one of the key tasks. The features and role of intelligent specialization and clusters in providingsustainable inclusive development have been determined.
