Summary:An effective dielectric constant of cell membrane as well as conductivity and effective dielectric constant of protoplasm were calculated on the base of E.coli cell model presented by a spheroid consisted of two confocal shells (membrane and covering). An experimental data analysis has been carried out in order to obtain the E.coli detailed values of electrodynamic parameters, taking into account the cell size distribution.
