Резюме:The hydratation of hyaluronic acid in air, frozen aqueous solutions, and weakly polar solvent CDCl3 has been studied by low-temperature 1H NMR spectroscopy. Thermodynamic parameters of the strongly and weakly bounded water as well as interfacial energy of polymer-water system have been specified. It has been found that environment of CDCl3 produces a differentiating effect on bounded water in case of low hydration. Four signals of strongly associated water and one signal of weakly associated water have been detected separately in the spectra. A joint water system is formed with increasing hydration. The maximum value of interfacial energy of polymer-water in the aqueous solution is observed at 2% hyaluronic acid what corresponds to the beginning of gel structure formation.
