Description
Summary:Carbonium-ionic heterogeneous catalytic reactions over acid zeolites are accompanied with coke formation which blockades the active sites and obeys periodical regeneration of catalysts. Recently the oscillatory movement of coke deposits alternatively in the direction or onto the external surface of zeolite crystals or into the porous structure of the latter has been observed. It causes the oscillatory proceeding of carbonium-ionic reactions and favours the prolongation of catalyst work before regeneration enhancing its productivity. The availability of the top deactivation limit, after achieving the latter the oscillatory dynamics of coke movement absences, has been revealed. It is supposed that the following rapid catalyst’s activity loss is connected with the achievement of the mentioned limit. The availability of the bottom deactivation depth, when oscillatory alternative coke movement absences, is substantiated too.
