Zusammenfassung:The article is devoted to the generalization of the specifics of building a personnel management system in industrial organizations. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theoretical and practical features of the formation of a personnel management system at an industrial enterprise. The methodological toolkit of the research consisted of such methods as retrospective analysis, critical analysis, synthesis, graphic method, generalization method. Theoretical approaches to defining the category "personnel management system", "personnel management of an industrial enterprise" have been studied. It has been proven that, despite a large number of scientific studies, this problem is still relevant. The study of the functional personnel management system at the enterprise is focused on the specifics of the business system of industrial enterprises, for example, the implementation of labor relations and the training of personnel, which must be taken into account for the formation of this system. The substantive and structural complexity of modern economic systems requires the development of a model of the personnel management system of a manufacturing enterprise, which allows to increase the level of professional competencies of employees, providing the enterprise with personnel capable of quickly adapting to modern economic conditions and making managerial decisions aimed at increasing the efficiency of personnel management. The personnel of the production enterprise are, first of all, people (human factor), which in the labor process turns into labor potential. Therefore, the human factor is of great importance in the enterprise. The list of functions and tasks of personnel management at an industrial enterprise is given. The personnel management system of an industrial enterprise has been developed.
