Description
Summary:The study is devoted to identifying the logistics and informational determinants of strategic management for the sustainable development of grain industry enterprises in Ukraine. It has been substantiated that the digitalization of logistics processes and the implementation of ERP and SCM systems significantly improve management efficiency, reduce operational and transportation costs, and enhance competitiveness in both domestic and global markets. The article analyzes the impact of wartime challenges on infrastructure, export capacity, and logistics costs, emphasizing the vulnerability of port facilities and the need for diversification through multimodal transport routes. The uneven spatial distribution of elevator capacities and the insufficient level of digital integration of enterprises have been highlighted as critical barriers to resilience and sustainability. The research demonstrates that enterprises integrating digital platforms achieve a 12–15 % reduction in operational time and a 10–13 % cost decrease due to optimization and automation. Successful cases of companies such as Nibulon, Kernel, and Astarta-Kyiv illustrate how the adoption of digital logistics and data-driven technologies creates synergistic effects by improving transparency, environmental performance, and energy efficiency. Prospects for further development include the creation of an integrated model of strategic management for sustainable development, applying predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technologies to build “smart” supply chains. The findings prove that the formation of a logistic and information platform is a key factor in strengthening the resilience and competitiveness of the grain industry and contributes to the green recovery and sustainable reconstruction of Ukraine’s agro-industrial sector.
