Резюме:State and structural characteristics of water bound to microcrystalline cellulose with the presence of quercetine and such solvents as chloroform and DMSO were studied using low-temperature 1H NMR spectroscopy with layer-by-layer freezing-out of liquid phase. The structural and thermodynamic characteristics of water bound to microcrystalline cellulose are concentration-dependent functions. The influence of low-molecular compounds on these characteristics is insignificant in comparison with that for systems based on porous or disperse oxide or carbon adsorbents.
