The cryopreservation program 1 was found as optimal cooling at the rate of 1–4°C/min down to -28°C/min, 20 min stabilization, further cooling down to -100°C at a rate of 30°C/min, fast submerging into liquid nitrogen. The viability of cryopreserved mycelium on different programs was established as not changed. |
