Surface| Резюме: | A new stomatological paste composed of the flavonoid (quercetin), the antiseptic surfactant (miramistin) and fumed silica was formulated. Experimental conditions and the component ratio optimal for the formation of supramolecular compounds of quercetin with miramistin in the presence of silica were established. Clinic trials have shown higher efficacy of the three-component paste for parodont treatment in comparison with the medicines containing surfactant and adsorbent only. Good tolerance to the parodontal paste as well as the absence of contraindications, side effects and allergic reactions were observed for the patients of all the groups tested. |
