Вплив хімічної природи поверхні кремнезему на структуроутворення в сумішах поліпропілен/співполіамід

Description
Summary:The influence of nano-dimensional silicas of different surface groups (hydroxyl, methyl, octyl, y -aminopropyl and carboxyl ones) on viscoelastic properties of propylene/copolyamide mixtures (PP/CPA), in mass proportions of 30/70, on structure-forming at flowing of polymer melts has been studied. It has been shown, that all types of silicas do not change the mode of polymer mixture melt flowing. It has been established, that in presence of silicas the viscosity of polymer mixture melts essentially decreases and value of extrudate swelling, associated with fiber-forming increases. The effects pointed were explained by improving of fiber-forming process of PP in matrix polymer (CPA) at presence of nano-sized silicas. This has been confirmed by decreasing of microfiber diameters from 3.4 ium for binary mixture to 2.3 -1.9 nm for the ternary mixtures, containing silicas, and increasing to 98.4 wt. % of PP microfibers content. It has been established more considerable influence of silica’s surface polar groups (-0H, -CH2CH2CH2NH2, -COOH) on PP fiber forming, in comparison with that oj non-polar ones (-CH3, -(CH.2)tCHs). This explained with higher interactions of silica’s surface polar groups with amid CPA groups in transition layer. The phase transitions in PP/CPA and PP/CP A/silica mixtures were investigated. There was founded widening of crystallization temperature range for fiber-forming polymer (PP) in ternary mixtures, containing silicas with surface polar groups. This associated with disperse state ofPP (inform of microfibers) in PP/CPA mixtures.
