Chemistry, Physics and Technology of Surface| Summary: | A method of magnetosensitive nanocomposites obtaining with the capability of combined (chemotherapeutic and immunotherapeutic) effect based on magnetite modified by hydroxyapatite and immobilized cisplatin conjugated with monoclonal antibody CD 95 was developed. The cytotoxic influence of obtained models on the cell line of human breast carcinoma MCF 7 was analyzed. It was shown that the usage of the magnetocarried nanocomposite with anticancer drug and the monoclonal antibody CD 95 exceeds the total cytotoxic effect of control doses of the drugs up to 50%. |
