РаÑÑматриваетÑÑ Ñ‚Ð¾ÐºÑичеÑкое дейÑтвие глицерина, ДМСО и вещеÑтв Ñ€Ñдов амидов и диолов в различных концентрациÑÑ… на мериÑтемы ÐºÐ°Ñ€Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ„ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð¸ винограда. Показано, что токÑичноÑÑ‚ÑŒ данных вещеÑтв в иÑÑледованных концентрациÑÑ… не обуÑловливаетÑÑ Ð¾ÑмотичеÑким фактором и уÑиливаетÑÑ Ñ ÑƒÐ²ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ гидрофобноÑти.
