АНАЛІЗ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ ДЛЯ ВИРОБНИЦТВА ФРУКТОВИХ ЧИПСІВ

The article describes innovative technologies used in the world for the production of fruit chips, in particular apple chips, their main advantages and disadvantages. The ways of increasing the efficiency of the described technologies are suggested.
