Restorability (identifiability) criteria of mentioned parameters are obtained. Two observers for unknown parameters estimation in real time of the normal work are synthesized. Computer simulation confirms the functional ability of the synthesized observers. Розглядається керована механічна система з невизначеними масою (моментом інерції), коефіцієнтом в’язкого тертя і навантаженням. Отримано критерії відновлюваності (ідентифікованості) цих параметрів. Синтезовано два спостережники для оцінки зазначених невідомих параметрів у реальному часі штатної роботи. Комп’ютерне моделювання підтвердило працездатність синтезованих спостерігачів. V.M.
