АЛГОРИТМ МАГІСТРАЛЬНОГО КЕРУВАННЯ ДОРОЖНІМ РУХОМ
A description of basic architecture, system structure, and optimization algorithm is given. The algorithm is developed to find a traffic signal plan that minimizes delay. The algorithm is applicable to cyclic and non-cyclic signal plans. The algorithm is tested on a simplified network.
