Description
Summary:Holter monitoring is used in the diagnosis of patients who show signs of various forms of cardiovascular disease, or in situations where the doctor suspects a cardiac pathology without any signs (malfunctions in electrical signals that control heart muscle contractions, emotions). When assessing the daily parameters of Holter heart rate monitoring, automated analysis of electrocardiograms allows you to verify the parameters of the heart rhythm, provided that the total probability of diagnostic error is minimal. In this case, the minimum total probability of correct diagnosis is ensured with limited resources for training and electrocardiogram processing. To solve the problem of verifying the parameters of the heart, an approach to solving the problem of mathematical modeling of the dynamics of the cardiac cycle is proposed by using the method of comparisons and solving differential equations, which are a formal description of changes in the state of the heart during the cardiac cycle, and identifying integral diagnostic parameters of the electromechanical activity of the heart. The proposed method of cardiac rapid diagnosis differs from those used in modern monitoring systems in that to increase the reliability of diagnosis, a formula of indirect measurements is used in parallel with the calculation of the probability of the heart being in the systole state at a given monitoring time interval. The calculated value of the probability of the heart being in the systole state at a given monitoring interval is compared with the values of this probability in the norm. Based on the result of the comparison, a decision is made on the state of the cardiovascular system. The research results clearly demonstrate the logical and physical meaning of the diagnostic parameters of the cardiac cycle, the peculiarities of their calculation based on the monitoring results, and the order of the values being evaluated. The results obtained may be useful to specialists who are professionally engaged in diagnosing cardiovascular systems and processing electrocardiograms, as well as to developers of the latest hardware and software systems for cardiac monitoring.
