| description | Various technologies for melting the initial billet of amorphous alloys are considered. The accent is made on the use of charge, composed mainly of by-products of metallurgical production and ferroalloys instead of pure components. The choice of the lining of the furnace crucible and the nozzle ceramic is determined by the composition of the alloy. It is shown that it is necessary to treat the melt directly in the crucible of the tape production plant. |

Проаналізовано технологічні аспекти виплавки і розливання сплаву по «ампульній» схемі (1–2 кг) і більшими об'ємами (50 кг і більше). Зроблено акцент на використанні шихти, скомпонованої, переважно, з побічних продуктів металургійного виробництва і феросплавів замість чистих компонентів. Вибір футеровки тигля печі і кераміки сопла визначається складом сплаву. Показано необхідність обробки розплаву безпосередньо в тиглі установки одержання стрічки.
