The maximum content of tocopherol is in mollusс’s hepatopancreas. In gonads this parameter depended on a degree of maturity and rised from a stage of the gametogenezes beginning to a spawning stage. For day the mussel consumes 18 % of vitamin E from absolute tissues contents, and deposits only 6 – 10 % from consumed one. Mussel farm is available withdraws from environment about 387 g tocopherol. |
