Marine Ecological Journal| Резюме: | Computing analysis of kinetics of the primary produced particulate organic matter in plankton community has been carried out. The factors are found, allowing defining quantity of consumed phytoplankton organic matter in experiment on size of a radiocarbon label, got by the consumers during an exposition. Starting values of a daily ration, received in experiment, should be increased on factor 1.05 – 11, and daily assimilation – on 1.16 – 33.02, depending on specific values of phytoplankton production and consumers respiration. Mesozooplankton secondary production values are defined also on accumulation of a C14-label by the net zooplankton during experiments, carried out in the equatorial Atlantic. Daily assimilation of phytoplankton organic matter by mesoplankton consumers at a surface averaged 9.32 % from size of primary production and 7.40 % from phytoplankton biomass. Mesoplankton consumers’ specific daily values assimilation of phytoplankton organic matter averaged from 3.70 % at the minimal values of phytoplankton biomass and production up to 25.69 % - at maximal. |
