Висвітлено передумови та концепцію створення музею історії Національного ботанічного саду імені Гришка НАН України. Надані імена науковців, які долучилися до його заснування – від ідеї до створення тимчасової експозиції. Окреслено мету створення та коло майбутніх відвідувачів музею.Описано найбільш цінні експонати музею. Зазначено, що основним джерелом поповнення фондів музею є ветерани ботанічного саду та їх нащадки. Вже нині на базі фондів музею написано кілька монографій та багато статей. M.M.
