Описано онтогенез чотирьох видів роду Ipomoea L.: I. purpurea (L.) Roth., I. hederacea (L.) Jacq., I. indica (Burm.) Mevvill. та I. tricolor Cav. Наведено біоморфологічну характеристику, діагностичні ознаки та рисунки вікових станів онтогенезу видів роду Ipomoea, а також дані щодо тривалості онтогенетичних станів за різних способів вирощування рослин.
