The reduction of the total number of E. coli cells due to the formation of bacterial strains with normal enzymatic activity and growth of non-pathogenic strains of staphylococci both in the small intestine and in the caecum of 20-day-old ducks was revealed. These negative changes were physiological since no reduction of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli number was observed. Based on the results obtained the correction of dysbiotic irregularities by probiotic preparations in 20-day’s ducks is recommended. Вивчено особливості формування мікробоценозу кишковика пекінських бройлерних качок, починаючи з дводобових каченят і до 180-добового віку. Як у тонкій, так і у сліпій кишках 20-денних качок виявлено зменшення загальної чисельності представників групи кишкової палички внаслідок розвитку бактерій із нормальною ферментативною активністю та непатогенних стафілококів. Ці негативні зміни є фізіологічними, оскільки зменшення кількості біфідобактерій та лактобактерій не встановлено. За результатами отриманих даних можна рекомендувати проводити корекцію дисбіотичних порушень у качок пробіотичними препаратами у 20-добовому віці.
