Description
Summary:The evaluation of the physiological condition of winter wheat plants inoculated with phosphate mobilizing microorganisms under the phosphorus deficiency conditions was performed. The influence of PaenibacilluspolymyxaKB,Rhizobiumradiobacter1333andRhizobium radiobacter 5006 on lipid-pigment complexes of plants was observed. The accumulation of the major photosynthetic pigments, increasing of chlorophyll (a+b)/carotenoids ratio and maintaining of high level of phosphatidyl glycerol and stable content of sulphoquinovosyl diacylglycerol was revealed. The inoculation of seeds with phosphate mobilizing microorganisms had significantly improved the productivity of wheat plants in all variants with its highest indices at seeds bacterization with Rhizobium radiobacter 5006.
