Dependence of growth of microorganisms on its content in the nutrient medium containing of it at the level of 0,2–20 mсg/ml was studied. It have been established the optimal рotato lectin concentration for Аzotobacter vinelandii and Аzotobacter chroococcum M-70/2 (1,0 mсg/ml) and Azospirillum brasilense 410 (1,5 mcg/ml), when the bacteria population density, specific growth rate are increased, biomass doubling time is decreased. |
