Summary:A dynamic model to investigate the electromechanical processes in multimass vibration devices with electromagnetic drive is proposed. The model is based on the interpolation of the results of magnetostatics numerical solution by finite element method and the differential equations describing the dynamics of electromagnetic and mechanical processes. The model takes into account the nonlinearity of the steel B-H curve, three-dimensional distribution of the magnetic field, leakage fluxes, eddy currents, hysteresis, oscillating masses elastic interaction, the viscous friction force, the mutual influence of electromagnetic and mechanical processes. The experimental investigation results confirm the adequacy of the dynamic model. References 9, tables 2, figures 5.
