Приведены результаты разработки усилителей мощности Ku-диапазона (14,0…14,5 ГГц) с выходной мощностью 5 Вт и 25 Вт при компрессии коэффициента усиления на 1 дБ. Усилители являются частью комплекта аппаратуры для наземной станции спутниковой связи. На оба типа усилителей разработан комплект конструкторской документации.
