Датчик давления с тензочувствительным преобразователем на поверхностных акустических волнах
This paper describes a pressure sensor with a piezoceramic strain-sensitive transducer based on surface acoustic waves. The design and manufacturing solutions, as well as the sensor’s main technical specifications, are presented.
