Условия получения полых кремниевых призм для фотоэлектрических преобразователей
The production of polycrystalline hollow silicon prisms suitable for the manufacturing of solar photovoltaic converters by the Stepanov method is considered. The structure of the prisms faces depending on the thermal growing conditions is experimentally investigated and analyzed.
