Розглянуто мережі міського комунального господарства і транспортні як складові єдиного міського енергетичного господарства. На основі нелінійного програмування для нього складено модель міжпродуктового балансу, що включає продуктову і ресурсні матриці, в яких відображені взаємозв'язки складових моделі та використовувані при їх роботі ресурси.
