System Research in Energy| Zusammenfassung: | The object of the study is the heat supply systems for settlements, including heat sources, networks, and buildings. The challenging issues related to the objects under consideration are discussed.The purpose of this study is the consideration of some conceptual issues: the complex system approach, multivariate feature of the problem under consideration, long-term forecasting of the prices of fuel and energy resources and the heat energy demand, execution of energy audits, implementation of energy management systems, and wide use of the energy performance contracting.The presented methodical approach can be applied to the development of concepts, strategies, and plans of a modernization of the heat supply to settlements at local and state’s levels, as well as to the development of legal, regulatory, and methodological support required for the realization of such program documents. |
