The advantages of a number of well-known international modeling methods are highlighted with the help of reliable statistical information, indicators of the distribution of variable parameters and changeable ones. The features of the stagnation of the world are highlighted of these methods, the Monte Carlo method and the method of point estimation of zocrem, the results of comparative developments of technical and economic assessments of obligations and the performance of generation by solar photovoltaics were obtained.
