Изложены основные принципы построения радиолокатора с обращенной синтезированной апертурой и проанализирована возможность использования антенной системы радиотелескопа РТ-22 (Крым, Симеиз) для обнаружения целей на околоземных орбитах на расстояниях от 300 до 4000 км и определения параметров их поступательного движения при заданных основных характеристиках приемно-передающей системы.
