The models of technical and economy efficiency assessment of decisions about generating capacities development and their application for forecasting of its development

The problems of applying feasibility study models to assess the decisions about generating capacities developments examined in the article. The role of these models within the general scheme of such researches is determined. The basic principles of its creation and formalization are described.
