| description | In this article the results of analysis of main problems which exist in national electricity nowadays in point of view of influence of implementing new electricity market model on solving these problems are presented.The first task is creating the real competitive environment at wholesale electricity market (WEM) of Ukraine without this issue implementing the activity regulating models in electricity which built on market principles has no sense, but only makes difficulties in managing and activities in this branch.The second task is financial refreshing of the branch connected with necessity of cost and price policy changes that are conducted at national level almost at all power and heat complex branches.The third task – involvement investments in traditional energy is the key task in point of view of possibilities of reliable and effective work support of country electricity complex in future.In this article the problems of possible negative influence on the structure and functioning regimes of traditional electricity that arise owing to realization of states of Law of Ukraine “About application of changes to Law of Ukraine “About electricity” connecting with stimulating usage of alternative energy sources” are also analyzed. |

У статті наведені результати аналізу основних задач, які на сьогодні існують в електроенергетиці країни, з точки зору впливу нової моделі ринку електроенергії на можливість їх вирішення.Першою задачею є створення реального конкурентного середовища на оптовому ринку електроенергії (ОРЕ) України, без чого впровадження моделей регулювання діяльності в електроенергетиці, побудованих на ринкових принципах, не має жодного сенсу, а лише ускладнює процеси управління та ведення господарчої діяльності в галузі.Друга задача фінансового оздоровлення галузі пов’язана з необхідністю зміни цінової та тарифної політики, яка проводиться на державному рівні практично в усіх галузях ПЕК.Третя задача залучення інвестицій у традиційну енергетику є ключовою з точки зору можливості забезпечення надійної та ефективної роботи електроенергетичного комплексу країни у перспективі.Також висвітлено проблеми, пов’язані з можливим негативним впливом на структуру та режими функціонування традиційної електроенергетики, що виникають унаслідок реалізації положень Закону України «Про внесення змін до Закону України «Про електроенергетику» щодо стимулювання використання альтернативних джерел енергії.
