| description | In this article, we consider the technological principles of functioning of the heat supply system in Ukraine.It is determined that the necessity of creating a heat energy market can be justified by unresolved problems concerning the incomplete use of surplus resources, the territorial potential of Ukraine, and the lack of competitive conditions in the heat supply sector.The aim of our work is to determine the level of heat supply efficiency in creating a local market of energy based on a simulation model for given volumes of heat energy consumption, the number of producers in the system, and restrictions concerning the possibility of entering the market.In conclusions, we determine the optimal conditions of functioning of the heat energy market for certain parameters of the number of producers and the volume of heat  energy consumption. |

В даній статті розглянуто технологічні принципи функціонування системи теплопостачання в Україні.Визначено, що необхідність створення ринку теплової енергії можна обґрунтувати невирішеними проблемами в частині неповного використання надлишкових ресурсів та територіального потенціалу України, а також відсутністю конкурентних умов у сфері теплопостачання.Метою роботи є визначення рівня ефективності теплопостачання при створенні локального ринку теплової енергії на основі імітаційної моделі при заданих обсягах споживання теплової енергії, кількості виробників в системі та обмежень в частині можливості входу в ринок.У висновках визначено оптимальні умови функціонування ринку теплової енергії при визначених параметрах кількості виробників та об’єму споживання теплової енергії.
