Zusammenfassung:Some peculiarities of an integrated automatic excitation control system of synchronous machines (AECS SM) construction in an interconnected power system (IPS) are presented. Phasor measurement units and AECS SM with magnitudephase excitation controller are used in such construction. The main purpose of such system is to damp low-frequency electromechanical oscillations in IPS. References 10, figure 1.
