Резюме:An analysis of the use of an uninterruptible power supply in combination with an autonomous diesel/gasoline generator was conducted in order to reduce operating costs. Such systems can be used when using an autonomous power generating unit as the only power source for consumers, or in case of emergency or emergency power outages. An analysis of existing autonomous power supply systems was conducted and the relevance of this research direction was substantiated. Load schedules were constructed based on a specific example of an autonomous power generating unit and a certain list of equipment in a private house, depending on the time of day. The developed algorithms were used to assess the effectiveness of using a UPS in conjunction with an autonomous diesel/gasoline generator. The use of a UPS allows you to reduce operating costs by loading the generator to an optimal value of 75-80% of the nominal, saving fuel, reducing maintenance intervals and frequency, and harmful emissions into the atmosphere. The maximum amount of savings, depending on the system operating mode, load nature, and frequency of outages, is from 39% to 76%. Additional energy saving effect can be achieved if this system is additionally equipped with solar panels or a wind generator. This will allow for additional fuel savings and generator life. It is planned to evaluate the effectiveness of this technical solution in future studies.
