| description | The article presents the key provisions of the concept and substantiates the relevance of developing an investment attractiveness map for green hydrogen projects in Ukraine in the context of post-war recovery, energy independence, and integration into the European Green Deal. Drawing on international experience, the article outlines the theoretical foundations of investment attractiveness in the field of renewable energy and identifies the key factors influencing the viability of green hydrogen projects. An analysis of Ukraine’s potential confirms the existence of favorable natural and resource conditions for the development of hydrogen energy, particularly the availability of renewable energy sources, undeveloped land, and transit infrastructure. Special attention is given to the methodological aspects of mapping investment attractiveness, including the identification of indicator systems (economic, technical, infrastructural, and social), data sources, and the application of spatial-analytical tools. The importance of mapping at the territorial community level is particularly emphasized, as it provides a foundation for evidence-based management decisions and the formation of local development strategies. This approach makes it possible to identify “growth points” for hydrogen projects, ensure fair investment allocation, and strengthen the role of communities in energy transformation processes. The map is proposed not as a static analytical document but as a dynamic strategic tool capable of aligning the state’s vision with community needs and investor interests. The importance of developing such a map lies in shaping a modern approach to planning and implementing green energy projects in the framework of rebuilding an independent Ukraine. |

У статті представлено основні положення концепції та обґрунтовано актуальність створення карти інвестиційної привабливості проєктів зеленого водню в Україні в контексті повоєнного відновлення, енергетичної незалежності та інтеграції в Європейський зелений курс. З урахуванням світового досвіду висвітлено теоретичні засади інвестиційної привабливості у сфері відновлюваної енергетики та визначено ключові чинники, що впливають на привабливість проєктів зеленого водню. Аналіз потенціалу України засвідчив наявність сприятливих природно-ресурсних умов для розвитку водневої енергетики, зокрема доступу до відновлюваних джерел енергії, вільних територій та транзитної інфраструктури. Увагу приділено методологічним аспектам картографування інвестиційної привабливості, зокрема визначенню системи індикаторів (економічних, технічних, інфраструктурних, соціальних), джерелам даних та застосуванню просторово-аналітичних інструментів. Наголошено на важливості деталізації карти на рівні територіальних громад як основи для прийняття обґрунтованих управлінських рішень та формування локальних стратегій розвитку. Такий підхід дозволяє виявити «точки зростання» для водневих проєктів, забезпечити справедливий розподіл інвестицій та посилити роль громад у процесах енергетичної трансформації. Запропоновано розглядати карту не як статичний аналітичний документ, а як динамічний стратегічний інструмент, здатний об’єднати бачення держави, потреби громад та інтереси інвесторів. Важливість розробки карти полягає у формуванні сучасного підходу до планування та реалізації проєктів у сфері зеленої енергетики в умовах відбудови незалежної України.
