Agriciltural microbiology| Резюме: | It was revealed that the rhizobial bacteria strain Rhizobium galegae K-3 had formed active symbiosis with Galega orientalis in different soil-climatic condition of Ukraine. On the basis of the named strain the microbial preparation Rhizobofit was created showing stability of its action for the several years. The results obtained have demonstrated that the strain Rhizobium galegae K-3 and created on its basis preparation had increased the number of nodules on the roots of Galega, activity of symbiotic nitrogen fixation and plants productivity as well as had improved the quality of obtained raw material both in the Marshy woodlands conditions and in North Steppe of Ukraine. |
